refero offers for employers the ‘Secure References Database Management System’ (sRDMS). This tool aims to make life much easier for companies and human resources departments by automating the process of providing employee and worker references. Using refero, a reference for any employee or worker will be provided JUST ONCE.

The references provided by refero confirms employment, duration of employment and basic tasks carried out by the worker or employee.

Rather than spending time assisting a recruitment agent or prospective new employer in getting a reference for a past worker refero stores references for an employee/worker at source accurately and without prejudice in a secure data warehouse. refero references can be retrieved again and again by recruitment consultants and prospective employers and the company where the employee/worker worked will never be bothered again and again for the same reference.

How refero Works for Employers:
  1. Designate the Human Resources (HR) contact
  2. Register for a company refero account
  3. refero references guidelines are read and understood
  4. The *HR contact creates references as and when requested and creates 'child' accounts for junior HR staff and/or team managers to provide references
  5. The HR contact authorizes references that are created
  6. refero generates a unique ID for each and every reference
The unique ID of each reference is used to retrieve the reference of the employee or worker.

These references can then only be accessed using its secure web Internet interface after providing unique security details assigned to each company at registration as well as unique details supplied by the employee in question.
