refero began in the late 90s by a group of professionals based in the city of London, England. The company was formally established and registered at UK Companies House in August 2001.
Our strong management team is made up of individuals with extensive backgrounds in the recruitment, IT and legal industries.

Providing companies with solutions on a consultancy basis has been an area where we have excelled and our input has proved pivotal to many of their products progression to market.
We also have several major projects of our own currently in the pipeline. One of the most exciting products we offer today is our Reference Verification Service - the sRDMS.
This aims to:

- To reduce costs incurred for providing references by eliminating repeated retrievals.
- To reduce the risk of legal action being taken against companies providing references.
- To have an accurate, fare and transparent referencing process to benefit both employees and employers.
